My latest work. I lost the counting over how often

My latest work. I lost the counting over how often I was close to stop the drawing and give up this project. It has been many hours with ups and downs. A bit of my soul runs through this. I'm so glad I continued. I was singing Ave Maria during the process,without exactly knowing why.
I always make my own references to my art. But this was a photo I saw. It spoke to me,and I had to take the challenge and make her with charcoal. This picture tells so much. I will bring her to an exhibition in november.
